Amann Girrbach is expanding its machine portfolio with the Ceramill Matron Core, a more compact version of the tried-and-tested Ceramill Matron – focused on unparalleled milling performance, especially for metallic materials. The Ceramill Matron Core focuses on the essentials: intuitive handling and outstanding milling performance in a compact design. The core competencies of the Ceramill Matron remain the same, which is why the machine is ideally suited for users who rely on intuitive handling and maximum performance, especially when processing titanium and cobalt-chrome.

Robust and without compromises for metal processing – even without a blank changer
In contrast to the standard version, the Ceramill Matron Core does not have a blank changer and can therefore be set up on a compact surface or on the popular Matron family cart. The robust, high-performance design with its improved stiffness and Vmax arm makes Ceramill Matron Core a unique asset in the field of metal processing: mill CoCr and titanium in-house at unique speed and precision.

The SnapMag, a magnetically exchangeable 11-position tool carrier, combined with RFID technology, makes tool changes quick and easy. An unlimited number of milling cutters can be easily inserted via Plug&Play. Intelligently equipped, different materials and indications can be processed without changing tools.
