Erkodur-al

An Erkodent thermoforming sheet material used for splints and appliance fabrication.

Crystal-clear thermoforming sheet made from copolyester, viscoelastic-hard and break-resistant, with insulating foil and excellent dimensional stability.

Erkodur-al is a foil material optimised for the production of aligners. Compared with conventional Erkodur, the material is approximately 35% softer, resulting in a lower initial force and a reduced feeling of tension during insertion. Owing to its very flat memory-loss curve, the effective force of Erkodur-al is maintained for a comparatively longer period.
