An Erkodent thermoforming machine used to produce splints, retainers, and mouthguards from sheet material.

The Erkoform-3d motion – a rapid vacuum thermoforming unit with an automated thermoforming process. Its field of use and technical specifications are equivalent to the Erkoform-3d+, but with automation replacing the longest manual step: the thermoforming process itself. This automated function eliminates the need to monitor the heating phase and manually transfer the heated foil from the heating unit to the model.

Start heating process, and place the model in the unit
The thermoforming process and the cooling time run automatically until complete
Add the Occluform-3 to allow imprinting of the opposing bite at the same time as the thermoforming process
